Sheraton Santiago Hotel & Convention Center, Santiago

The hotel had very nice rooms up to par with Sheraton standards, but had some issues with the safe box that needed repeated requests to fix. The location was spacious and appealing, offering plenty of sun loungers and dining options, despite not being in walking distance to notable attractions. The dining experience was really nice, although the spa was below expectations. The facilities were satisfying overall with a few improvements needed.

My stay at the hotel was a mixture of delight and disappointment. The incredulously oversized room with luxurious amenities and a stunning view of the mountains was unforgettable. However, the initial room's unpleasant odor was a major setback, though the staff quickly resolved the issue by moving us to a suitable room.

The hotel is located just outside Santiago´s Sheraton with beautiful lounge beds, cozy sitting areas, and a bar. While the rooms were stunning and spacious, they felt outdated and not overly clean. Unfortunately, my room wasn't ready even after 3 pm, which was quite inconvenient after a long trip.
